CHAINS: LOVE STORIES OF SHADOWS (2015)
A production that rips apart the masks we everyday people wear through our lives, exposing and exploring the real freedom of choice that our society accords to us. Following the ground breaking successes of our earlier productions, Chains takes a long hard look at a woman and her life. Is there room in a woman’s life to do what she wants, or is her life a compromise of the expectations of her family and the society she lives in? Times have evolved, the parameters broadened, but there still exists a fence. Chains explores the dividing line between free will and compromise.

PROPHET (2013)
In the darkness that enveloped a materialistic and angst filled world, she came as a saviour. She danced to the music of the Gods, and lived amongst the people as a beacon that would lead them to their salvation. But when the beacon burns to become a raging fire, who is the saviour, and who seeks deliverance? This is the story of a Prophet – of her destiny, her divinity and her doubt.
“The Prophet is a production that carries within it an intensity that will leave the audience thinking about it for a very long time. The stunning audio visual accompaniments, the completely out of the box musical score, and the achingly exquisite choreography and denouement of the presentation adds up to something far more than an evening of entertainment – it becomes an experience” says the Indian Express in a review.

YUDH (2013)
Many a time in our life we see perfectly good and innocent people face hardships beyond belief. Innocent children fall victim to cruelty which leaves us wondering if there is any divine justice. In YUDH we focus on such an incident and look at it through three perspectives, those of humans, God, and Satan. Each perspective offers a logical end in itself. We can all go back with answers, all of them valid, but perhaps completely different. YUDH is not a story that ties in with any religion, nor does it refute any. What we have is a stimulating experience which is brought to life with a clarity that perhaps no classical art form can deliver as Bharathanatyam can!

SOUL CAGES (2012)
The ‘Soul Cages’ is an artistic experience that captures the cycles of life and death as a journey, rather than an end in itself. This unique presentation is structured on the imagery and narrative of a story, told through the fluid grace of the classical Indian dance form of Bharathanatyam. This ballad speaks to the heart, thereby transcending the audience’s knowledge of Bharathanatyam, without ever compromising the aesthetics and classicism of this art form. At it’s core, the ‘Soul Cages’ brings to life, a deeply thought provoking philosophy by examining it through the eyes of mythological characters and ordinary people. Its strength lies in being able to project didactic theological values through the disarming simplicity of a child.

IN GOD'S COUNTRY (2015)
A production written by AK Srikanth and choreographed by Savitha Sastry, this experience has been brought to stage by Bharatanatyam dancer groups the world over. A beautiful and philosophical tale, the presentation resonates with children and adults alike.

MUSIC WITHIN (2010)
An experimental dance-theater production that recounted the history of music through the character of a hearing impaired child. The production has also been played by many other dancers, and often served as the opener to the other productions.
